FAQ

ORDERS & RETURNS

How long will my order take to get here?

We try to get your orders out as quickly as possible, usually within 48 hours, but during busy seasons it can take up to 5 days. All US orders ship from Los Angeles, CA via the USPS, so if you're in the US, you should have your jewelry within the week. When we drop your package off for shipping, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking will be activated within one day. International orders are shipped via DHL, and follow the same process. Shipping within the US is always free, International shipping may have additional costs.

What if I don't like my purchase once it arrives?

We're happy to offer free returns on all purchases. You can read more about our returns policy and process here.

Can I make an exchange for a different size?

The fastest way to ensure you end up with a piece that's right for you is to return the item you have, and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Has my return been processed yet?

You'll receive a confirmation email when your return has been fully processed. Please allow up to 14 days to make sure everything's good on our end.

What if my item arrives broken?

That would be embarrassing for us! If an item arrives flawed in some way, contact us and we'll get to the bottom of it. You can read more about damaged items here.

SIZING AND CARE

What's my ring size?

We have a handy size chart and instructions here.

What materials are your pieces made from?

We only use precious metals for our designs. Unlike steel jewelry, .925 sterling silver can always be resized and repaired over time. If your ring or pendant ever gets bent out of shape, breaks, needs to be resized, or develops tarnish you can always take it to your local jeweler. All pieces are marked with a .925 engraved somewhere on the piece, letting them know exactly what's in it.

Sterling silver will naturally tarnish over time as it reacts with the oxygen in the air. This can be prevented by storing it in an airtight bag, but, to be honest, the shine will last for years with the occasional 30 second rub from a polishing cloth.
